Data Based On: The primary sample for overall gross revenue data consists of 565 Franchised Restaurants operating for a full fiscal year 2025. Data for revenue quartiles is from a subset of 421 Franchised Restaurants with drive-thrus. Income statement data (gross profit and EBITDAR) is derived from a subset of 372 Freestanding Franchised Restaurants. In total, 145 Company Restaurants were also part of the general samples.

Revenue Top Quartile ($1,628,718) and Revenue Bottom Quartile ($743,492) are from Table 5, 'Franchise Restaurant' section, 'Average Gross Sales by Quartile' for Quartile 4 and Quartile 1 respectively, representing a subset of 421 franchised units with drive-thrus. Average Gross Profit ($542,608) and Average EBITDAR ($234,836) are from Table 2, 'All Freestanding Franchise' section, representing 372 franchised freestanding units. EBITDA margin was calculated as Average EBITDAR ($234,836) divided by the Average Gross Sales for the Freestanding Franchise subset ($1,270,320) from Table 2. Best Guess Profit Low ($98,343) and High ($424,203) are based on the 'Low' and 'High' 'Restaurant Operating Profit (EBITDAR)' values from Table 2, 'All Freestanding Franchise' section.
