Part I data (20 locations) provided annual gross revenue directly. For Part II data (44 locations), the monthly gross revenues (Month 1 through Month 12) for each location were summed to obtain their annual gross revenue for 2025. All 64 aggregated annual revenues were then used to calculate the overall mean, median, and the mean of the top 25% (16 units) and bottom 25% (16 units) performers.
