* Average Gross Revenue calculated as the sum of Gross Revenue for all 62 individual stores presented in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Quartile tables ($35,022,094.82) divided by the total number of stores (62). Average Gross Profit calculated by multiplying the calculated Average Gross Revenue ($564,872.50) by the reported Gross Profit Margin of 61.9% from Page 2. Average Net Profit (before Royalty Fees) calculated by first determining the operating profit for each of the 62 individual stores (Gross Revenue - (Gross Revenue * (%COGS + %Rent + %Payroll + %Mktg + %Utilities))) and then taking the average of these 62 individual store operating profits. Best Guess Profit Low is the average operating profit of the stores in the Fourth Quartile. Best Guess Profit High is the average operating profit of the stores in the First Quartile.
