Average Net Profit is extracted from Table 2 on page 3, specifically the 'Average' value for 'Net Profits', which is based on a sample of 26 franchises that provided expense information. The 'best_guess_profit_high' is set to the Average Net Profit from Table 2. The 'best_guess_profit_low' is set to the 'Low' value for Net Profits from Table 2 ($11,196.77). Note 9 on page 4 clarifies that 'Net Profits' represents Gross Revenue minus Franchise Fees, Personnel Expenses, Chemicals & Supplies, Fuel, Insurance, and Miscellaneous Expenses, but excludes interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.
