Top quartile is the average of the top 3 outlets, and bottom quartile is the average of the bottom 3 outlets. Profit ranges are estimated based on expense percentages (Brand Purchases, Concession Fees, Spot Fees) from Table D (Page 6) and their definitions (Page 7). Best guess profit low uses the highest reported expense percentages (70% total: 35% Brand Purchases + 20% Concession Fees + 15% Spot Fees), and best guess profit high uses the lowest reported expense percentages (29% total: 24% Brand Purchases + 0% Concession Fees + 5% Spot Fees) applied to the average gross revenue.
