Median gross revenue, top quartile revenue ($1,207,832 from 'Top Quartile'), and bottom quartile revenue ($365,222 from 'Bottom Quartile') are also directly from this table. Average gross profit was estimated by first calculating the average Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) percentage from the three corporate-owned Facial Bars' P&L on Page 6: Average Corporate COGS ($235,832.67) / Average Corporate Gross Sales ($1,456,010) = 16.20%. This percentage was then applied to the average franchised gross revenue: $777,173 * (1 - 0.1620) = $651,293. Average net profit and best guess profit range were estimated using the 'NET PROFIT' percentages from the three corporate-owned Facial Bars' P&L (Page 6). These corporate P&L figures were explicitly adjusted to include franchisee-specific expenses (7% Royalty, 3% Marketing Contribution, $4,200 Technology Fee) as noted on Page 7. The net profit percentages for the three corporate units were 29.39%, 30.00%, and 31.46%. The best guess profit low was calculated as 29.39% * $777,173 = $228,411. The best guess profit high was 31.46% * $777,173 = $244,499. The average net profit was calculated using the average of these percentages: ((29.39% + 30.00% + 31.46%) / 3) * $777,173 = 30.28% * $777,173 = $235,354.
