* All calculations are based on data for 11 franchisee-owned Sweet Paris Crêperies from Table 2 for the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2025. Average Gross Revenue, Median Gross Revenue, and Net Profit were calculated by taking the mean and median of the respective figures for all 11 units. Gross Profit was calculated for each unit as Gross Sales minus Cost of Goods Sold, and then the average was taken. Revenue quartiles were calculated using the 25th and 75th percentiles of the sorted gross revenue data. Best guess profit low/high represents the minimum and maximum Net Profit figures reported across the 11 franchisee units.
