The average net profit of $271,182.47 is derived as a weighted average of 'Net Controllable Income Less Royalty' for the 130 stores. Expense percentages from Page 2 (63% total controllable expense, 6.5% royalty for Plant Stores Not Servicing Outlets) and Page 3 (44% total controllable expense for 1-year Drop Stores, 6.5% royalty assumed based on Note 10 on Page 8) were applied to the average annual net sales of each store type (Plant Stores: $1,035,427; Drop Stores: $485,819) from Page 1.
