Data Based On: 46 ARCHADECK Outdoor Living franchisees that operated 77 Territories and were operational for the entire 2024 Fiscal Year Period (12 months ending September 30, 2024). Profit data is based on a separate sample of 38 Reporting Franchisees from a benchmarking study for the 12 months ending December 31, 2023.

* Average Gross Revenue, Median Gross Revenue, Revenue Top Quartile, and Revenue Bottom Quartile are based on data from 46 ARCHADECK Outdoor Living franchisees for the 12 months ending September 30, 2024, as presented in Section A(1) 'Combined Multi-Territory and Single-Territory Franchisees' on page 2. The Revenue Top Quartile is taken as the average for the 'Greater than $2.5M' sales volume category, and the Revenue Bottom Quartile is taken as the average for the 'Less than $1M' category. Average Gross Profit and Average EBITDA are based on data from 38 Reporting Franchisees for the 12 months ending December 31, 2023, as presented in Section B 'Benchmarking Study, Part 1' on page 3. The average Gross Revenue for this sample was $2,279,069. EBITDA margin percentage was calculated from the 38 Reporting Franchisees' data: Average EBITDA ($167,322) / Average Gross Revenue ($2,279,069) = 0.0734 (7.34%). Best Guess Profit Low and High were estimated by applying a conservative (5.3%) and optimistic (9.3%) EBITDA margin (derived from the 7.34% average EBITDA margin of the 38 franchisees) to the primary average gross revenue of the 46 franchisees ($1,858,954): Low: $1,858,954 * 0.053 = $98,524 High: $1,858,954 * 0.093 = $172,982
